Evidence-based Research (sometimes called Evidence-based health care) is been defined as "the conscientious, explicit and judicious use of current best evidence in making decisions about the care of individual patients." It seeks to assess the strength of the evidence and the benefits of treatments and diagnostic tests. This research helps clinicians predict whether a treatment will do more good than harm.
At PLAY with a PURPOSE, we base treatment plans on evidence-based research, developing treatment sessions using scientifically proven techniques, all while encouraging children through PLAY.
